The AP offers stronger encryption and authentication with WPA3, protected credentials/keys storage for guest access with Enhanced Open, and user and IoT access policy enforcement firewalls (PEF).
It simplifies policy enforcement by using the PEF to encapsulate all traffic from the Access Point to the gateway (or mobility controller) for end-to-end encryption and inspection.

These ruggedized Wi-Fi 6 access points (APs) are ready to survive high wind, extreme temperatures, and moisture and can be quickly deployed using Zero Touch Provisioning. HPE Aruba Networking Central provides a single pane of glass for overseeing wired and wireless LANs, WANs, and VPNs. AI‑powered analytics, end‑to‑end orchestration and automation, and advanced security features are built natively into the solution. The 518 series includes a limited lifetime warranty.
